UM Behind the Hire is a bi-weekly lunchtime info session series designed to help students explore career pathways, meet employers actively hiring, and gain insight into workplace culture and expectations. Each session includes a presentation followed by Q&A and discussion.

Meet the Presenter
Name: Anis Yazbeck
Title/Role: Business Director, Morgan International Canada Inc.
Bio: A graduate of the Lebanese University with a major in Banking and Finance, he brings over 15 years of expertise in the Business Field (Commercial, Accounting and Finance). He has held multiple key managerial positions, including Financial Controller and Group Finance Manager, with multinational companies in the Gulf and Lebanon.
Currently, he serves as the Business Director at Morgan International Canada Inc., a global leading company that supports growth and career progression by offering Education & Training solutions for professionals and businesses. His leadership, strong analytical skills, and expertise in financial modeling and reporting have enabled him to guide many startups in developing financial strategies, building and managing finance teams, and implementing impactful business plans and strategies.
