SLDP - EDIA Essentials: Foundational Concepts for Leadership
Equity, diversity, inclusivity, and accessibility are essential concepts for all leaders to understand. Through this workshop, participants will engage in conversations about how EDIA has impacted the leadership landscape and how to be anti-oppressive in their leaderships practices.
This session is a part of the SLDP, please ensure that you have completed the introductory session 'Looking at Leadership: An Introduction to Leadership as a Concept' prior to registering for this session.
