In this workshop, participants will be guided through the process of developing their own personal leadership model. Using knowledge they have gained from previous workshops, personal experience, and reflection, participants will be challenged to think about what kind of leader they want to be and explore how they can implement the unique practices they've identified as being essential to their leadership style.
This is the final workshop in level 1 of the
SLDP. Please ensure you have completed the program requirements before registering for this session.
*This workshop will include some overview of content but will also rely on interactive activities and group sharing to promote learning. Please let us know ahead of time if you require an accommodation or if there is something that would help you participate in the workshop more fully. Workshop may be subject to cancellation if registration numbers are low.
