This workshop will introduce participants to how the
SLDP will approach the idea of leadership throughout the program. Within the span of 2 hours, traditional ideas of who or what makes a leader will be challenged, how the common understanding of leadership has evolved will be discussed, and participants will have the opportunity to reflect on how they have formed their own understanding of leadership.
*This workshop will include some overview of content but will also rely on interactive activities and group sharing to promote learning. Please let us know ahead of time if you require an accommodation or if there is something that would help you participate in the workshop more fully. Workshop may be subject to cancellation if registration numbers are low.
