Join the LEAD program to develop effective career management and job search skills to help you take the next steps after graduation. The LEAD program is a closed cohort of students who receive focused workshops on building the skills and self-knowledge to intentionally plan and reach their employment goals. Students who participate in the program will:
- Learn crucial career management skills such as resume and cover letter writing, job search, and interview preparation
- Receive one-on-one coaching with a Career Consultant to help determine career goals and create an action plan for their career journey
- Have dedicated support and online coaching and support from career professionals
- Learn about the value of their Arts degree and how their skills apply in the world of work
