This workshop focuses on the labor laws in Manitoba that applies to all employed individuals in the province. With the aim to educate workers on their entitlements as members of the workforce, we cover topics such as: wages, hours of work, vacation and holiday pay, leaves of absence, notice for termination, and payroll deductions.
This workshop is facilitated by SAFE Workers of Tomorrow. It is open to international and domestic students.
A Zoom link will be sent to all registrants via email.
Please note: these workshops are often interactive, with opportunity to engage in discussion and develop career management skills. Registrants are expected to attend the full session.
